Our premium lamb and sheep sausage casings are ideal for a variety of sausage types, whether they are finely emulsified or coarsely ground, and suitable for cooked, smoked, or fresh sausages. Each casing is translucent and white, enhancing the final product with a glossy, professional appearance. We provide casings in both long and extra-long lengths to maximize efficiency in processing.
Sheep casings are the finest quality small diameter casings, perfect for top-tier sausages like Wieners, Knackwurst, Chipolata, Merguez, Nürnberger Bratwurst, Bockwurst, and Frankfurters.

Beef Casings
Our natural beef casings enhance the flavor and texture of traditional ring-shaped or large diameter sausages. Offering a robust bite and consistent shape and size, they ensure a bold and flavorful experience with every bite. You have the option to select from a thick-walled, traditional appearance or a lean, seamless casing to perfectly complement your sausage product. The three primary types of beef casings we offer include: beef bung caps, beef rounds, and beef middles.
Beef bung caps are ideal for crafting Capocolla, veal sausage, large Bologna, Lebanon, and cooked Salami. Beef rounds are typically used for ring Bologna, ring liver sausage, Mettwurst, Polish sausage, blood sausage, Kishka, and Holsteiner.
Beef middles are suitable for Leona style sausage, all other varieties of Bologna, both dry and semi-dry Cervelats, as well as dry and cooked Salami and veal sausage. The thickness of the casing wall primarily depends on the residual fat content, with heavily textured walls containing some fat, while thin-walled casings have minimal to no fat.

- Bundled lengths of 18, 30, 50, 90, and 100 meters
Beef middles can be provided in:
- Caliber sizes from 40/45 mm to over 65 mm
- Bundled lengths of 9, 18, and 30 meters
Beef bung caps are offered in:
- Caliber sizes of 90/110 mm (small), 110/120 mm (middle-wide), and over 120 mm (wide)
